Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute detailed project plans and trackers for cross-functional strategic projects across the Distribution & Logistics portfolio for the Americas
•Manage multiple projects and strategic priorities at once across different locations within the Americas region
•Organize and lead regular meetings with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
•Ensure meetings are structured to surface key issues, drive consensus, and support timely decision-making across cross-functional teams
•Own the calendar, agendas, and follow-up actions for recurring project touchpoints, maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in project management, transformation, or analytical reporting within a high-growth distribution and logistics environment or a premium global retail brand operating across omnichannel networks
•Strong ability to manage multiple projects and strategic priorities across different locations within the Americas, with cross-functional stakeholder leadership
•Ability to organize and lead regular meetings with diverse stakeholders (supply chain, operations, finance, IT, commercial) to drive alignment on goals, timelines and deliverables
•Experience conducting root-cause analysis and providing actionable recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement
•Exposure to ERP systems with knowledge of WMS, TMS, or OMS systems as a clear asset
