Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Data Centre delivery organisation, providing leadership, direction and development for a team of 100+ professionals across architectural, engineering and specialist disciplines
  • •Accountable for the end‑to‑end design process and delivery of multiple Data Centre projects for key clients across the UK, Europe and globally, from early concept through detailed design and construction support
  • •Lead a portfolio of data centre projects from a delivery, technical and commercial standpoint
  • •Act as the senior delivery and escalation lead for high‑profile Data Centre clients, maintaining trusted, long‑term relationships at executive and director level
  • •Provide overall technical, commercial and operational leadership across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Engineer or equivalent with strong data centre background
  • •Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at director level
  • •Commercially savvy with risk, governance and profitability experience
  • •Willingness to travel across UK & Ireland and Europe
