  • •Drive analytics initiatives on agentic analytics and define what it takes to bring order and clarity to real-world data.
  • •Own AI impact measurement across adoption, growth, and measured value used to prioritize features.
  • •Ship customer-facing analytics that demonstrate evidence of value created for enterprise customers.
  • •Build small language models to categorize, classify, and enrich message data for customer visibility.
