Key Responsibilities

•Transport ready-mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers safely and efficiently using ready-mix trucks.
•Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and complete required documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.
•Load and unload materials, monitor vehicle gauges during operation, and maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
•Follow company policies, dispatch instructions, applicable laws, and work with supervisor direction for more complex jobs.
•Perform minor servicing and maintenance, keep the vehicle clean and orderly, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
•At least 2 years of experience driving a mixer truck (preferred).
•Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a CDL A or CDL B license.
•Must be 18 years or older and pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
•Maintain a valid DOT medical card and follow OSHA/MSHA safety requirements and procedures.
