Store Sales Associate

Deliver exceptional in-store service as a Sales Associate, using the C.H.A.R.M. service model to educate consumers and support promotions and events. Help the store team reach company goals by learning multiple retail departments and assisting with product placement, visual presentation, and stock room management. Support daily operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintain cleanliness. Collaborate with Store Management to improve sales-focused KPIs while following asset protection procedures.
