Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the blow mold and packaging team on the shift as the first point of contact for operators.
  • •Ensure operations follow Amcor safety procedures and correct unsafe work practices.
  • •Control and optimize multiple blow mold machines using written work instructions, visual management, and a computer interface.
  • •Troubleshoot and perform machine adjustments and setups as needed; complete preventive maintenance.
  • •Review process data daily, document downtime/error logs, and communicate issues with shift supervisor, maintenance technicians, and operations manager.
