Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain scalable security compliance processes for APAC aligned with global standards.
  • •Translate security compliance requirements into programs, including gap analyses, remediation plans, and security control implementation.
  • •Perform ISMAP control domain assessments and manage ISMAP compliance activities with external auditors and Japanese government agencies.
  • •Prepare and finalize ISMAP application documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • •Conduct end-to-end security compliance audits, draft compliance reports, and work with teams to remediate findings, serving as ISMAP domain expert.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent Japanese and business-level English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Security/Cyber Security or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years in security compliance assessments, IT/Cloud auditing, and control testing.
  • •Proven knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as ISMAP, IRAP, ISO, or SOC 2.
  • •Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM) are a plus.
