Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and launch of technological tools, including strategic projects and pilot programs that advance innovation.
  • •Integrate technology-enabled solutions into firm methodologies and maintain/enhance intellectual resources related to technology and audit methodology.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and professional committees/standard-setters to gather feedback, identify needs, and support implementation of technology-enabled tools.
  • •Develop, review, and contribute to firm training.
  • •Participate in assessment, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of technology-enabled tools, templates, workflows, and solutions; evaluate whether tools operate as intended.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • •13+ years of related work experience in a similar accounting and auditing practice servicing clients at a national level.
  • •CPA certification required.
  • •Excellent analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
