Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sales goals by driving and exceeding sales through ALO Flow initiatives and guest engagement.
  • •Provide product education on features, benefits, fabric, usage, design and care to guests.
  • •Maintain knowledge of store goals, initiatives, product launches and daily operations as required by Store Leadership.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships daily and education guests on our product, community and culture.
  • •Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed in accordance with company policy and protect customer experience.
