•Oversee global infrastructure operations and systems administration, database administration, network operations, and application support for CA systems and services.
•Lead Tier II and Tier III support for databases (Oracle and MS SQL Server).
•Lead support for applications including web applications, imaging and archiving, client-server, and specialized applications.
•Ensure enterprise infrastructure and applications meet defined service levels across domestic and overseas sites.
•Oversee geographically dispersed technical teams and infrastructure, including converged server/storage solutions and cloud migrations.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 199,260 annually

Key Requirements

•Current PMI/PMP certification.
•12+ years of experience managing infrastructure, systems, databases, network, and application operations/projects across multiple locations with dispersed teams.
•At least five years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server database administration and management.
•Expertise managing network operations including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and firewall management.
•TS clearance.
