Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and architect scalable implementations, then provide technical leadership and mentorship. Configure ServiceNow apps, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, and perform code reviews, tuning, and security/compliance checks. Support pre-sales with solutioning, demos, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and maintain platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools; conduct code reviews and performance tuning with security/compliance adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong ServiceNow architecture and data model knowledge.
•At least one of the listed ServiceNow certification tracks: CSA + (1) CIS-(any) + CAD, or CSA + (2) CIS-(any) + CAD, or CAS + (3) CIS(Any) + CAD.
