Assistant Store Manager (Prince William, VA, US, 22192)

Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales while supporting daily retail operations. You’ll oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, POS system usage, stock room management, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, and loyalty program promotion. Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate and prioritize tasks across teams, model store policies and asset protection procedures, and help improve individual KPIs through coaching and best practices.
