Operations Performance Manager

Drive operational excellence across Alcoa’s regional operations by establishing an operating rhythm that coordinates task forces, initiatives, and cross-functional teams. Coach operations leadership to track and evaluate key performance metrics, develop communications on priorities and progress, and lead continuous improvement of value chain processes. Reporting to the Business Optimisation and Integrated Scheduling Director, you’ll support long-term success across EHS, production, financial performance, and social licence to operate.
