Job Summary

Work with the Japan regional Sales team to translate customer business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Japan Sales team to identify customer business challenges and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable AI solutions.
•Lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, and PoC design and delivery; drive PoC-to-production conversion.
•Design and implement end-to-end generative AI system architectures, including model orchestration, knowledge base construction, vector database integration, API connectivity, and system integration.
•Evaluate and optimize production performance (accuracy, latency, cost, scalability), including prompt structures, inference workflows, and caching strategies.
•Serve as technical lead in customer engagements, support commercial discussions/deal closure, and provide frontline feedback to Product/Engineering while driving Japan market localization.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python preferred, and experience building/integrating applications via academic, internship, or personal projects.
•Familiarity with generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, agent systems, or multimodal models.
•Exposure to deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, or major public cloud platforms.
•Ability to connect technical solutions with practical use cases and business impact; strong communication for explaining ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
