Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and execute M&A strategy, including acquisitions/investments in complementary technologies, compute infrastructure, specialized AI capabilities, and regulatory compliance tools.
  • •Lead due diligence with cross-functional teams and manage post-merger integration to maximize value realization and revenue synergies.
  • •Develop market entry strategies for new verticals and geographies through collaborations with industry leaders and government partners.
  • •Build strategic partnerships and alliances across telcos, hardware infrastructure providers, cloud platforms, and government entities to accelerate go-to-market and sovereign AI deployment.
