Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up new starters in Tracker and internal distribution lists for operational teams.
  • •Manage internal people change requests and maintain internal systems for holidays, absences, and allowed time dispensation.
  • •Produce internal MI and client MI reports using Power BI/Excel, including monthly/quarterly performance statistics.
  • •Oversee gatekeeping of the Legacy New Instruction inbox to open/allocate within SLAs and escalate to BUD/DBUD when needed.
  • •Support leadership with diary management and arranging ad hoc internal meetings or training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum education of 5 GCSEs (grades 5 or above / A-C) or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • •Able to use Excel and Office 365; prior use of a Case Management system would be desirable.
  • •Good telephone and communication skills with people at all levels inside and outside the business.
  • •Able to organise and prioritise tasks using initiative, maintaining attention to detail with repetitive tasks.
  • •Calm under pressure with the ability to re-prioritise when required.
