Job Summary

As a Banker III, you’ll be the welcoming face of the branch and help clients reach their financial goals through accurate transaction processing, excellent in-person and phone service, and referrals to the right bank products and specialists. You’ll also support branch sales and operations by following the Banner Way sales process, opening new accounts when assigned, coaching teller team members, and maintaining full compliance with policies and regulations.

•Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while following established policies and procedures.
•Provide an excellent client experience and represent the bank with professionalism and care.
•Help clients achieve financial goals by referring products, services, and bank specialists when appropriate.
•Serve as a leader in sales, operations, and client service within the branch.
•Support branch operations including mentoring, training, and coaching members of the teller team.

Salary: USD 19 - 24.59 hourly

•High School Diploma or GED (required).
•Two or more years of teller experience that includes sales experience with established goals (required).

•Able to work branch hours as scheduled.
