Sales Associate, Great World City

Deliver exceptional in-store experiences as a Sales Associate, using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model to educate customers and support promotions and events. Help the store team across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management. Support daily retail operations including POS management, replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards. Collaborate with Store Management to improve sales KPIs while following asset protection and compliance procedures.
