Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide contractual leadership and advice to Delivery Directors and project teams across assigned residential projects and construction packages.
  • •Administer major construction, consultancy, and related delivery contracts from award through construction, handover, defects, and final close-out.
  • •Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, notices, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract requirements for projects and contractors.
  • •Advise on contractual strategy for variations, extensions of time, claims, delays, contractor performance, and emerging risks; lead assessment, negotiation, and resolution of claims and disputes.
  • •Oversee contractual requirements for testing, commissioning, handover, warranties, defects management, and final account/contract close-out, coordinating with commercial, procurement, legal, and governance stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience across major construction, real estate development, infrastructure or capital projects.
  • •Experience delivering projects with contract and commercial management (not purely corporate/procurement-focused contract management).
  • •Strong experience administering major construction contracts through execution, including variations, claims, extensions of time, notices, performance issues, and close-out.
  • •Strong working knowledge of FIDIC and/or major Design & Build, EPC or EPCM contracting models, plus ability to lead complex claims negotiations and support dispute avoidance/resolution.
