Job Summary

Oversee and inspect electrical works for a major data centre project east of Riyadh. Ensure all electrical installation activities (power distribution, lighting, cabling, and earthing) comply with approved drawings, specifications, relevant codes and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors and project teams, review method statements/ITPs and material submittals, identify non-conformances, and confirm corrective actions. Produce inspection reports and maintain accurate site records while supporting QA and health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect and monitor electrical works including power distribution, lighting, cabling, and earthing systems.
•Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
•Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site.
•Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
•Identify non-conformances, ensure corrective actions, and prepare inspection reports while maintaining accurate site records and supporting QA and health & safety.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Inspector on large-scale construction projects.
•Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (mandatory).
•Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
•Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects (highly preferred).
•Good communication and reporting skills.
