Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.
  • •Expand share-of-wallet by identifying new retain and development opportunities across the portfolio’s products and services.
  • •Manage account-level profitability through strategic planning, pricing discipline, and value-added solutions.
  • •Deliver outcome-based sales by connecting customer strategy and key initiatives to HP offerings, substantiating business cases.
  • •Lead planning and review meetings, manage sales pipelines, and coordinate internal resources to retain clients and ensure service/support adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years industry sales experience with proven strategic account management and sales success.
  • •Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients and executive stakeholders across business and IT.
  • •Demonstrated success with direct selling, pipeline management, and end-to-end profit & loss (P&L) management.
  • •Ability to lead account teams on local and global scales, with strong organizational and program management skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required).
