Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze deviations from the project master schedule baseline, highlight bottlenecks/delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS, and support an integrated cross-functional EPC master schedule program.
  • •Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis, including probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules.
  • •Prepare staffing, progress, and customized reports, contribute Integrated Planning/Scheduling inputs to the Monthly Project Report, and manage schedule data accuracy and completeness in planning systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in scheduling across all phases of the project lifecycle on very large complex construction projects, ideally in Life Science or Chemical sectors.
  • •Expert experience using project scheduling tools, including MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports for large-scale projects.
  • •Strong verbal and written German and English.
  • •Commitment to excellent service, with reliability working autonomously and as part of a team while meeting project deadlines.
