Job Summary

Build the analytics engine for pricing execution and marketplace optimization by monitoring competitor pricing and maintaining intelligence dashboards. Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to track pricing performance, demand patterns, and user behavior, identifying anomalies and opportunities for price adjustments. Own regular reporting of key marketplace metrics and support strategic narratives through dashboards and analytical models. Drive continuous improvement by spotting gaps and proposing automation to streamline pricing execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Track, scrape, and benchmark competitor pricing regularly, maintaining intelligence dashboards for market updates.
•Support pricing execution by assisting rollout and configuration of surcharge structures, surge pricing, and promotional incentives.
•Query large datasets to analyze pricing performance, demand patterns, and user behavior, identifying anomalies and opportunities for adjustments.
•Maintain performance reporting rhythms by tracking key marketplace metrics and building dashboards for strategic narratives.
•Spot structural gaps or inefficiencies and suggest automation opportunities to streamline pricing execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
•Hands-on experience in data analytics, commercial finance, or a highly analytical operations role.
•Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel; exposure to Python and experience with Tableau or PowerBI is preferred.
•Understanding of on-demand marketplace dynamics such as matching supply and demand, driver incentives, and user promos.
•Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset with the ability to execute accurately in a fast-paced environment.
