Job Summary

Lead the firm’s physical security function by setting global standards and owning programs for access control, badging, surveillance, workplace safety, crisis management, emergency preparedness, travel risk support, and incident response across offices. Establish risk-based site security and physical security design standards for new and changing locations, partner with information security, lead a small hands-on security team, and drive performance through metrics, dashboards, automation, and AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Define global physical-security standards, policies, and programs, using a risk-based approach to prioritize by location profile and threat level.
•Establish crisis management, emergency/business continuity preparedness expectations, including emergency protocols and physical incident response for evacuation, shelter-in-place, and active-threat scenarios.
•Own security operations including access control, badging, visitor management, and surveillance (CCTV), and lead incident response, investigations, and escalation management.
•Set up workplace violence risk monitoring, threat assessments, and coordinate prevention, escalation, and response with firm stakeholders; support travel risk assessments and executive support when appropriate.
•Create metrics, targets, reports, and dashboards; manage guarding and security-technology providers; lead a small hands-on physical security team and propose automation/AI improvements.

Salary: USD 152,000 - 228,000 annually
