Handle incoming phone inquiries and requests, covering account and card topics like secure codes, website support, points/rewards, card applications, escalations, retention, activation, and balance inquiries. Maintain timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction, while also introducing and promoting new services in a business development capacity.
