Assistant Manager - Technical Support

Design and deliver temporary temperature control solutions for industrial, commercial, and event clients by assessing site thermal loads, engineering chilled water and air systems, and selecting rental assets. Manage technical projects end-to-end from concept through equipment de-mobilization, overseeing installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and contractor coordination. Support sales by attending site visits, drafting technical proposal sections, producing labor/material cost estimates, and presenting to decision-makers.
