Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and review business requirements and perform data and requirements analysis, including gap analysis.
  • •Demonstrate problem-solving skills with a risk-based mindset to future-proof changes and builds.
  • •Support testing of new developments and enhancements, including planning and coordination on testing and deployments.
  • •Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, delivering needed artefacts.
  • •Formulate analytics and MI to support project and program managers; liaise between business units, implementation teams, support teams, and vendors if applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Awareness of business analysis, project management, and test management processes; relevant qualification would be advantageous.
  • •Experience in the financial services sector with strong understanding of fund accounting platforms (Multifonds) and principles.
  • •Knowledge of trustee platforms such as CRIMS for trustee roles.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication with understanding of content and context.
  • •Team management skills for a People Manager role, including resource planning and management.
