Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the core accounting functions and ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting
  • •Oversee month-end and year-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory accounts preparation
  • •Develop and monitor policies, controls and governance to scale the business and ensure regulatory compliance
  • •Drive upgrades or implementations of finance systems and promote sensible AI adoption within the team
  • •Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders and mentor junior accounting staff
