Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial administration for Defence projects, in liaison with the Finance Manager.
  • •Manage and analyse sales invoices and handle supplier invoice checking, reconciliation, and receipt.
  • •Chase aged debts to support timely cash collection and reconcile cash receipts.
  • •Support project setup on D365 and coordinate timesheets, project deliverables, and client approvals to enable invoicing.
  • •Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements; support forecasting, budgeting, WIP, month-end reporting, and ad-hoc Finance Manager tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Intermediate/Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • •CIMA/ACCA/AAT or previous experience in an equivalent Finance role.
  • •UK Security Clearance must be obtained (therefore UK nationals only), able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC).
  • •Previous experience within a Business Partnering role would be desirable.
  • •Able to work as a self-starter and manage stakeholders across clients and suppliers.
