Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals while driving cross-selling and upselling through clienteling, fashion expertise, and omni-channel selling. Support daily operations including POS transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection. Maintain strong client relationships, follow up to close sales, and collaborate with teammates to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling and fashion advice while adhering to style and service standards.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and developing/executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and visual merchandising.
•Maintain inventory and operations tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, maintaining a clean/stocked sales floor and stockroom, and assisting teammates as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 19.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency and ability to communicate professionally with customers.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical duties including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
