Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee professional organization and management of inpatient medical and interventional/invasive disciplines with comorbidities on wards and IMC.
  • •Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • •Participate in medical on-call duties with no nightly on-call requirement.
  • •Lead and support residents and medical students in training and further education.
  • •Accountable for medical performance recording, reporting, and optimizing existing workflows; act as a point of contact for consultations.

Key Requirements

  • •Facharzttitel Allgemeine Innere Medizin or nearing completion, with possible additional sub-specializations (e.g., Infectiology, Nephrology, Cardiology) considered.
  • •Experience in diagnosing and treating complex internal medicine cases.
  • •Strong organizational skills for inpatient ward duties and the ability to work well in an interdisciplinary team.
