Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of 2 Talent Partners and shape/execut ecore talent management initiatives for assigned client groups.
•Drive core talent management across talent strategy, talent brokerage, talent reviews, HiPot management, talent councils, and critical roles/talent risk mitigation.
•Serve as a single point of contact for talent inquiries and triage Talent COE services, escalating when needed.
•Coach HRBPs on basic OE tools and vendors and support facilitation for simple team sessions and limited interventions.
•Partner with HRBPs to activate critical talent actions and provide feedback to RTX on talent management processes, technology, and tools.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
•Experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management.
•Experience communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
•Experience working in large, complex, global organizational environments.
•Experience supporting talent management initiatives including talent strategy, reviews, and succession planning (implied by role responsibilities).
