Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience using brand training, tools, and resources to uphold service standards.
  • •Develop clienteling strategies and support/co-host in-store events and activations that drive engagement and sales.
  • •Track and analyse store performance against targets, monitor trade results, and present actionable plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
  • •Execute visual merchandising guidelines, ensure new season collections are displayed per delivery schedules, and maintain consistency during markdown periods.
  • •Manage product deliveries and replenishment, keep back-of-house areas clean and organised, complete trade reports, and coordinate shopfloor coverage.
