Key Responsibilities

  • •Support installation, alignment, and mechanical setup of the drill rig using engineering blueprints and specifications.
  • •Assist with commissioning and startup checks, including static checks and energized functional testing of motors, pumps, and PLC controls.
  • •Run trial/hot runs to validate machinery performance under load while monitoring drilling parameters (speed, feed rate, torque, pressure).
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues during startup and perform minor repairs/adjustments as needed.
  • •Document test results and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA) using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA while ensuring ISO 9001 and standardized work discipline.

Key Requirements
