  • •10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Delivery Manager, with working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • •Proven delivery of complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong requirements structuring skills, translating ambiguity into clear scope and actionable plans.
  • •Solid SDLC knowledge across Agile/Scrum/SAFe and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
  • •AI-native mindset, including experience with AI gateways or LLM lifecycle management (plus).
