Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new enterprise customers, from Sales handoff and kickoff through requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live readiness. Lead stakeholder alignment on timelines and launch requirements, validate data and configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver role-based training. Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and internal systems, then complete structured handoffs and post-launch validation.

•Validate customer data, test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and confirm launch readiness.
•Deliver onboarding and training, manage implementation milestones/risks, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and complete structured handoffs to Customer Success and Account Management.
