Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee store operations to align with company standards and policies, supporting the store manager in achieving organizational goals.
  • •Manage RFID processes, including understanding RFID identity/reading and ensuring correct RFID movement and transfer to the stockroom.
  • •Organize stockrooms and shopfloor by categorizing stock, and handle overstock and faulty items effectively.
  • •Ensure compliance through legal requirement adherence, store self-assessment audits, review of internal audit reports, and action plan development.
  • •Maintain health and safety and housekeeping across store areas, communicate accidents to senior management, and promote safe work practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand RFID concepts including identity and reading, and be able to explain RFID benefits for customer service, sale/return, inventory, replenishment, and security.
  • •Manage stockroom and shopfloor organization, including RFID movement and transfers, and categorizing stock by family and styles.
  • •Ensure store compliance with legal requirements, support staff knowledge of compliance, and conduct/act on audit findings with management.
  • •Maintain health and safety practices in a retail environment, including housekeeping and escalating accidents to senior management.
  • •Have prior retail operations experience (preferred) and the flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
