Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and execute OE demand by making AI Factory capability visible early, matching reusable AI building blocks to pain points, and securing funded engagements.
  • •Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle and transfer patterns, framings, and lessons between squads.
  • •Validate assumptions fast, cut scope when it does not earn its place, and correct course as work unfolds.
  • •Own the build-to-run handover to global service or local IT teams with run team involvement during delivery.
  • •Own the OE relationship after go-live and prepare structured communications and decision papers for senior stakeholders up to CTO and Board level.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in business, management, technology, or a related field, with experience steering delivery or programmes in a larger organization.
  • •Senior enough to lead OE and Head of IT conversations and steer engagements toward production.
  • •Strong stakeholder, business-framing, and roadmap-shaping skills, including preparation of clear decision materials for executive audiences.
  • •Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or another regulated environment.
  • •Fluent in English; familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
