  • •Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems
  • •Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to support the product development lifecycle and balance risks and trade-offs
  • •Proactively identify project, process, technology, or business issues and lead efforts to solve them
  • •Support the operations and availability of your team’s artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics and participating in on-call duties
  • •Set or improve code review and design standards for your team and advocate for them beyond your team through writing and tech talks

  • •4+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • •Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
  • •Experience leading significant mobile initiatives (React Native or native) and defining architecture across React Native and native boundaries (Swift/Kotlin)
  • •Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
  • •Experience implementing experimentation, feature flagging, and analytics instrumentation with measurable impact
