Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive high-end, high-performance high-speed product signaling and power designs for memory and interconnect technologies.
  • •Proactively develop interconnect and signaling exploration through advanced signaling techniques and package/channel improvements.
  • •Improve modeling and methodology within the larger SI group and across Micron where applicable.
  • •Engage in interface standardization efforts through JEDEC and similar standards bodies and through close customer/partner engagements.
  • •Mentor junior team members through informal collaboration and structured knowledge sharing across department and corporate levels.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD with 5 years of industry experience or MSEE with 10 years of industry experience.
  • •Strong signal and power integrity background.
  • •Strong mixed-signal circuit design background.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of 3D electromagnetic (E.M.) field solvers and time/frequency domain simulation tools such as Matlab and HFSS, HSPICE, SPECTRE, or ADS.
  • •Solid understanding of lab measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, and vector network analyzers (VNA).
