Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers.
  • •Design customers’ observability maturity journey and guide implementation and adoption of complex observability solutions.
  • •Provide expert-level troubleshooting, conduct regular technical health checks and reviews, and assist with RCA to improve customer outcomes.
  • •Advise on best practices and strategies, collaborate on technical roadmaps, and identify opportunities to optimize cost, expand product usage, and drive new feature adoption.
  • •Own customer lifecycle with support from Engagement Managers, advocate internally for customer needs and feature requests, and deliver trainings, workshops, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
  • •5+ years in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE, or professional services role in the technology industry.
  • •Strong understanding of observability solutions; Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki are a plus.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
