Key Responsibilities

•Begin each day ensuring proper supplies and PPE are ready for patients.
•Access daily schedules using modern technology and commute to each patient’s home.
•Build warm, welcoming patient connections while collecting relevant information and performing services.
•Deliver patient-centric diagnostic and low acuity care, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, retina exams, ECGs, and related screenings.
•Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture with strong professionalism, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance; reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
•Ability to physically access and navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
•Pass national background check, DMV check, and have valid clinical licensure and/or proof of training (plus Basic Life Support certification).
