Key Responsibilities

•Audit funnel performance, CAC, attribution, and pipeline sources; align revenue targets with Sales, Product, CS and leadership.
•Launch a refined demand generation strategy and ABX programs; build marketing dashboards tracking pipeline, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
•Scale team structure across digital, content, lifecycle, and events to support growth.
•Deliver measurable pipeline growth via integrated multi-channel campaigns and AI-driven GTM workflows.
•Establish marketing as a data-driven revenue engine and drive enterprise pipeline while targeting quarterly revenue targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven ability with ABX strategies and marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
•Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modeling, and full-funnel optimization
