Job Summary

Own enterprise adoption, enablement, and governance for the organization’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform (Planview Portfolio and Planview Project). Lead training strategy, communications, and role-based guidance to ensure consistent use across portfolios, programs, and projects. Partner with EPPM, IT, Finance, and Risk to align PPM processes with governance and control requirements, and support implementations, enhancements, and migrations (e.g., Workfront to Planview). Maintain a centralized adoption hub and reinforce standards through governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise-wide adoption and enablement of PPM tools by developing and delivering training, communications, and role-based guidance.
•Translate complex PPM processes, system capabilities, and financial data into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
•Partner with EPPM, IT, Finance, and Risk to align PPM processes with governance, regulatory, and control requirements.
•Support PPM implementation, enhancements, and migration activities (including Workfront to Planview) to achieve operational readiness and user adoption.
•Develop and execute PPM enablement strategies, adoption roadmaps, communication plans, and training programs, and maintain a centralized adoption hub.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in project management or a related field, including supporting enterprise PPM platforms and driving adoption and process standardization.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, information systems, organizational change, communications) or equivalent experience.
•Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or commercial banking products.
•Advanced knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, with the ability to align processes and documentation to audit and control expectations.
