Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise-wide adoption and enablement of PPM tools by developing and delivering training, communications, and role-based guidance.
  • •Translate complex PPM processes, system capabilities, and financial data into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
  • •Partner with EPPM, IT, Finance, and Risk to align PPM processes with governance, regulatory, and control requirements.
  • •Support PPM implementation, enhancements, and migration activities (including Workfront to Planview) to achieve operational readiness and user adoption.
  • •Develop and execute PPM enablement strategies, adoption roadmaps, communication plans, and training programs, and maintain a centralized adoption hub.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in project management or a related field, including supporting enterprise PPM platforms and driving adoption and process standardization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, information systems, organizational change, communications) or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or commercial banking products.
  • •Advanced knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, with the ability to align processes and documentation to audit and control expectations.
