Manager, Invest Fraud Strategy and Operations

Lead Ally Invest fraud operations and help shape fraud risk strategy for digital investing. Oversee day-to-day investigation and resolution of brokerage fraud events including account takeover, identity theft, first-party and cyber-enabled fraud, and securities-related schemes. Serve as a subject matter expert partnering across Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Brokerage teams to monitor evolving threats, strengthen controls, ensure regulatory reporting accuracy, and drive continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing operations team.
