Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product line management and control service product management, including gross margin management.
  • •Implement sPDP and CIPs; drive continuous improvements such as technical improvements, reliability, and commonality/option reduction.
  • •Manage service product portfolio with CSA engagement, collecting technical requirements and performing ROI analysis.
  • •Own regional service customer sites and implement service roadmaps including MCOS and LCOS management and alternative cost reduction.
  • •Facilitate intercompany communication and alignment across operations, engineering, AGS sales, marketing, and business development to achieve cost targets and reduce service delivery variances.
