Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with store leadership to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor while moving dynamically to assess and fulfill business needs
  • •Support safe operations by maintaining strong stockroom standards and processes, and execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to work constantly in and around the store, including sales floor and back of house

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
