Job Summary

Build and scale the Agents platform that powers voice agents, an LLM chat assistant, and custom CRM agents. You’ll ship backend code execution, evals and observability (LangFuse-based), and dynamic UI/report generation. Work on event-driven agent orchestration, reliability for deterministic/non-deterministic systems, trusted agent edge cases, and cost-aware model routing—serving thousands of paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Ship code execution capabilities for the assistant, including execution paths and integration with external APIs.
•Build the evals and observability layer to measure whether agents are improving using tracing/evals.
•Push generated UI forward by enabling backend-driven presentations (tables/charts/widgets) with stored artifacts.
•Take custom agents from prototype to GA using event-driven CRM actions and knowledge/context-driven drafting with user approval.
•Ensure deterministic and non-deterministic systems work together and handle trustworthy agent edge cases like pause/recovery when credits run out.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Python proficiency and experience choosing appropriate tools for the workload (e.g., Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
•Have shipped agentic, production-impacting features, with opinions on retrieval, evals, tool design, context engineering, and model failure modes.
•Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow to ship faster and navigate unfamiliar parts of the codebase.
•Debug and own systems with real customer impact, including incident response and performance/latency issues.
•Have experience with retrieval and related areas (RAG, RLHF, fine-tuning) and can evaluate research relevance to the product problem.
