Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payrolls, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant calculations, filings, and reports.
  • •Update and maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in Remote platform and payroll software systems.
  • •Manage the Zendesk ticket queue and respond timely and professionally.
  • •Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal/external stakeholders regarding payroll questions and processes.
  • •Continuously improve payroll processes, keep up to date on internal payroll projects, and ensure full data integrity across systems and processes.
