Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide scheduling services across diverse Real Estate projects
  • •Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices
  • •Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients
  • •Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays
  • •Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management.
  • •Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
  • •Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction and project processes.
  • •Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project. Knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
